Terms of Services
a) You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
b) Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified will be applicable.
c) You will be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
d) Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.
e) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Our check-in time is 02:00 PM and check -out time is 11:00 AM.
f) Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the processing time of the bank.

Pet Policy
The following pet policies are only applicable for:
- Fateh Garh, Udaipur
- Fateh Niwas, Udaipur
- Fateh Vilas, Udaipur
- Khas Mahal Suites, Udaipur
2. Only one dog is allowed in the room.
3. Prior booking is mandatory
4. We charge Rs. 5000 as security, refundable.
5. Pet charges are:
- Small dog/medium Rs 3,000++ per night
- Big size: Rs. 5000++ per night.
- Only the special category room is to be booked for the pets.
6. Pet should be well-trained.
7. In the common public area, pets are not allowed.
8. Pets should be attended all the time by the guest.
9. For any disturbances to other guests, it’s only the responsibility of the guest.
10. Guests are responsible for all property damages or personal injuries.
11. All food, equipment & linen will be provided by the unit subject to whatever is available in the hotel.
12. Rottweiler, Pitbull terrier and other similar ferocious breeds are not allowed in the hotel
